What can cause plantar fasciitis and heel pain

Do you have or have you ever suffered with Plantar Fasciitis or Heel Pain?
This is an important article that could make the world of difference to you.

Plantar Fasciitis sounds terrifying and we see many people every week suffering from it. Plantar Fasciitis (inflammation of the Plantar Fascia) is another fancy way to say heel pain.

If plantar fasciitis is ignored and not treated it can lead to muscles, ligaments and tendons constantly pulling and tearing, which will cause pain and can lead to permanent damage. In worst case scenarios this can lead to:

  1. Plantar Fascia Rupture
  2. Surgery may be required
  3. Wearing a moon boot or using crutches

When you see an expert, someone who lives and breaths treating plantar fasciitis and heel pain everyday, someone who only treats from the hips down, you will finally be in the right hands so that you can get rapid, lasting relief of pain and get back to loving life and doing all the activities that make you happy.

If you get an expert to find the root cause of your problem and treat that you could start:

  1. Doing the activities you love
  2. Be pain free
  3. Avoid surgery

Hip to Toe believes in getting people out of orthotics, out of pain and away from surgery. We find the root cause of the problem by realigning the joints in the knees, hips and feet getting the body back into the position it should be in. If you only treat the symptom you will never get rid of the problem.

If you’ve ever wanted to get away from plantar fasciitis and heel pain then make sure you do the following:

  1. Treat the root cause of the problem
  2. Do the exercise in the video above
  3. Check your running shoes, how do your shock observers look……….. it might be time to buy a new pair
